Gears of War 5 Trailer: New Enemies, New Environments, Bigger Game

<img src="https://https://ift.tt/2sMyGdH" /><p>One report indicated there would be <a href="https://ift.tt/2JwDvOH different <em>Gears of War</em> titles</a> unveiled at the Xbox E3 2018 showcase, and this proved true. Along with a Funko Vinyl Pop inspired mobile game and a PC-only turn-based strategy game called <a href="https://ift.tt/2LBu3u7 of War: Tactics</em></a>, there is another core experience coming in 2019. And <a href="https://ift.tt/2MeK2PV of War 5</em></strong></a> looks to be one of the more character-focused and intense titles in the series, at least, that's what the dev teams at The Coalition are emphasizing.</p><p>And that's super important since both <em>Halo 5: Guardians</em> and <em>Gears of War 4</em> didn't have the lasting appeal of the previous entries in each series, both games having moved on from their original developers becoming Microsoft-owned properties built with Microsoft-owned studios. They were, in relative terms, rather forgettable.
