Mark Hamill Defends Kelly Marie Tran From Star Wars Harassers

<img src="https://https://ift.tt/2sMsQIv" /><p>Mark Hamill is the latest to share his support for <a href="https://ift.tt/2kx7UBS Wars: The Last Jedi's</em></strong></a> Kelly Marie Tran. Recently, the actress <a href="https://ift.tt/2kUgScx her Instagram account</a> after months of enduring harassment from people who did not like either the film or Tran's character Rose, a Resistance mechanic who accompanies Finn to Canto Bight. Many found this development severely upsetting, as in the months leading up to <em>The Last Jedi</em>, Tran became known for her genuine enthusiasm and kindheartedness, which won over several fans.</p><p>In the wake of Tran taking down all of her posts (the account itself remains active as of this writing), several have come to her defense. This includes Tran's fellow <em>Star Wars</em> family members, <a href="https://ift.tt/2sMsRMz Jedi</em> director Rian Johnson</a> and Chewbacca actor Joonas Suotamo.
