A series of social media posts suggest that Tessa Thompson may be reprising her role as Valkyrie in Avengers 4. Thompson was introduced into the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Thor: Ragnarok, where she played the role of Brunnhilde - an Asgardian warrior and leader of the elite all-women unit known as The Valkyries.
Brunnhilde exiled herself in shame after she and her team were dispatched by Odin to drive Hela back into her prison and every Valkyrie but her was slain. She eventually traveled to the planet Sakaar, where she was employed by The Grandmaster as a bounty hunter and sold him Thor as a gladiator. She would later ally herself with the God of Thunder and fight Hela once again in the battle for Asgard.

Thompson was recently spotted in Atlanta, having shared a flight from London with Chris Hemsworth and his stunt double, Bobby Holland Hanton, on Hemsworth's private jet (via The Wrap). The two are appearing together once again in the upcoming Men in Black spinoff, which was filming in London. According to Hemsworth (who spoke about the shooting in a post on his Instagram account) the spinoff film has more scenes to shoot Morocco, Italy, and Paris, but he has reshoots on Avengers 4 to finish up first.
Thompson also said goodbye to London in a post on her Instagram account, in which Hemsworth also appeared. In this posting, Thompson and Hemsworth could be seen in standing in front of a small jet. Later, Bobby Holland Hanton posted a video on his personal Instagram of his arrival in Atlanta, confirming Thompson's presence in the city as she got off the plane with Hanton and Hemsworth several hours later.
It's worth noting that none of this directly confirms Thompson's presence in Avengers 4. The airport in Atlanta is a major national hub and it's entirely possible she just rode with Hemsworth and Hanton en route to another assignment. Thompson is also currently working on Lady and the Tramp as the voice of Lady, which is currently filming in Savannah, GA - the same state as Atlanta, where Avengers 4 is currently undergoing reshoots.
That being said, Thompson's reprising Valkyrie in Avengers 4 would prove a welcome development for most fans of the MCU. Many feel that Thompson stole the show in Thor: Ragnarok and wondered why she was absent from Avengers: Infinity War, though she was present during part of the film's shoot at Durham, which means some of that footage could've been repurposed for the upcoming blockbuster. Bringing her in would not pose a continuity problem, as Brunnhilde has been confirmed to have survived the battle with Thanos that opened the movie, which killed most of the Asgardian race. In any case, Thompson's fans are sure to keep hoping and wishing that they will get to see the Valkyrie ride once more, until her fate is confirmed one way or the other.
