The CW’s Supernatural 14.09 sneak peek released
The CW has released a sneak peek for the upcoming Supernatural episode 14.09 “The Spear,” which features Dean acknowledging that he never understood what it was like for Sam and Castiel to be possessed by Lucifer until he was trapped inside his own body thanks to Michael. Check out the clip below and catch the episode this Thursday at 8:00 p.m. ET!
Directed by Amyn Kaderali and written by Robert Berens, the official synopsis for episode 14.09 reads:
“Sam and Dean enlist the help of their pal Garth (guest star DJ Qualls) to gain inside information on what Michael may be planning. The brothers split up to each go after weapons that can aid in their fight against the Archangel, but this may be a fight our heroes cannot win.”

Supernatural follows brothers Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) Winchester. The thrilling and terrifying journey of the Winchester brothers continues in Supernatural‘s 13th season. Sam and Dean have spent their lives on the road, battling supernatural threats that include everything from the demon that killed their mother to the usual vampires, ghosts, shape-shifters, angels and fallen gods rampaging over the land. Created by Eric Kripke (The Boys, Timeless, The House with a Clock in Its Walls), Supernatural heads into its 14th season, which will consist of 20 episodes, its 300th episode, and airs every Thursday night on The CW at 8:00 p.m. ET. Andrew Dabb and Robert Singer serve as co-showrunners and executive producers.
