Blake Lively's Rhythm Section Casts Sterling K. Brown as Filming Resumes

Brown has joined the cast of <a href="https://ift.tt/2J6ERQ7 Rhythm Section</em></strong></a> as filming on the spy movie resumes following Blake Lively's hand injury. Reed Morano (<em>I Think We're Alone Now</em>) is directing the action thriller from a script by Mark Burnell, based on his own novel. <a href="https://ift.tt/2soSAva Law is also starring in the film</a>, though it's unclear what his role is.</p><p><em>The Rhythm Section</em> stars Lively as Stephanie Patrick, a woman who is out for revenge against the people who killed her family in an orchestrated plane crash. To gain vengeance, Patrick joins a covert intelligence organization where she becomes an assassin who operates under various guises. The film was well underway when, in January, Lively <a href="https://ift.tt/2xvGAgv a serious hand injury</a> while performing a stunt, thus resulting in a temporary production shut down.
