Elizabeth Potthast and Andrei Castravet are a very divisive couple for most 90 Day Fiancé fans, but they do share quite a few adorable family photos on Instagram from time to time. Libby’s glamorous social media looks often fall flat with 90 Day Fiancé fans. However, the pictures that Libby shares from her family are usually a hit among her followers.
Many viewers have criticized the pair for financially mooching off of Libby’s father Chuck. Overall, those fans have had a hard time watching the couple on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? That's due to the fact that the endless fighting and squabbling between Andrei, Libby, and her siblings really get to fans’ nerves. The couple’s storyline felt repetitive all season long, but Libby’s Instagram is a far cry from what viewers have seen on TV.
While Libby and Andrei’s appearances on 90 Day Fiancé are fraught with conflict, their social media posts do depict a happy family with a beautiful little girl. Even though Libby has a lot of influencer-style content on her account, there are even more pictures that capture a different side of the Potthast family than what is depicted on reality TV.
For some fans, Andrei and Libby became instantly more likable after the birth of their first daughter Eleanor, and who can blame them? The little girl is adorable with an infectious smile and it’s not hard to see why her parents adore her. In this photo, Libby refers to Eleanor and Andrei as the “loves of my life,” and the three of them look like a loving family.
Libby’s siblings have unfortunately become a target for criticism, with many fans calling Libby’s sisters Jenn and Becky insufferable. Alas, the Potthast family members that viewers see on 90 Day Fiancé isn’t necessarily how they’re like in real life. In the photo above, for instance, Libby posed for a selfie with Eleanor, Chuck, Becky, and Becky’s new baby. It’s an appealing side of the often argumentative family.
There’s nothing like a good Christmas portrait, and this one is exceptionally adorable. Libby and Andrei celebrated the end of 2020 with a socially-distanced photo with Santa. Eleanor doesn’t seem to have a care in the world, and it’s a reminder that even in the darkest hours of the COVID-19 pandemic, there was still holiday cheer to be found.
On Happily Ever After?, Libby’s dad Chuck earned sympathy from viewers for putting up with his family’s many arguments and fights. However, fans wouldn’t know about any of their rough patches just by looking at the photo above. For Father’s Day, Libby shared a photo of her two favorite dads, and both men seemed to be having a great time tickling and playing with Eleanor.
Libby and Andrei have shared a lot of cute pictures of Eleanor, but nothing tops the post where they introduced Eleanor to the world. The tiny six-pound Eleanor looks absolutely precious, and Libby and Andrei look overjoyed to be parents. It’s a heartwarming shot that’s nearly impossible not to like.
No matter what criticisms fans may have for the 90 Day Fiancé couple, they can agree that Libby has posted many cute pictures that depict a happier side to her family over the years. Viewers are used to watching the Potthast alpha male clash that is undermining the happiness of the entire family. However, Libby’s Instagram posts are a helpful reminder that there is more to her family than what viewers see on tv.
