The competition on The Voice season 20 is moving full speed ahead as the Knockout phase ends and coaches Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, Blake Shelton, and Nick Jonas assembled their teams for the live shows. So far, this has been one of the most talented groups of singers that have ever been cast on NBC's The Voice. Despite COVID-19 restrictions, the contestants have managed to successfully go through all of the standard rounds of competition within The Voice platform. So, let's take a look at which singers have survived the Knockouts, as well as which teams they are currently on.
When it comes to The Voice season 20, Kelly Clarkson's team of singers is one of the strongest ones in the series. During the Knockout phase, Kelly chose to advance contestants Corey Ward, Kenzie Wheeler, and Gihanna Zoë. She then used her only "steal" to snag Zae Romeo from Team Nick Jonas. Team Kelly's representative in the Four-Way Knockout is Savanna Woods, but the fans will have to decide which singer they'd like to see advance in the competition.
The viewers are putting a lot of faith behind Team John Legend on The Voice season 20, and the EGOT winner is proving once again how sharp of a musical brain he's got. In the Knockouts, John chose Pia Renee, Victor Solomon, and Zania Alaké to advance to the live shows. Coach Legend then used his one and only "steal" to get Ryleigh Modig for his team after Kelly Clarkson didn't pick her. When it comes to the Four-Way Knockout, John Legend chose Carolina Rial to battle it out with three of her co-stars.
OG The Voice coach Blake Shelton has assembled yet another great team of singers on the show. From the Knockouts, Blake made the difficult decisions to keep Jordan Matthew Young, Pete Mroz, and Cam Anthony on his team. When Kelly Clarkson didn't choose Anna Grace to move forward in the competition, Blake jumped right in and "stole" her for his team. Last but not least, coach Blake's contestant Emma Caroline is competing in the Four-Way Knockout of season 20.
Nick Jonas is really enjoying his stint as a coach on The Voice so far, even if he has to make hard decisions about his team from time to time. In the Knockout rounds, Nick chose to keep around Dana Monique, Rachel Mac, and Jose Figueroa Jr. He then used his sole "steal" to get Andrew Marshall into his team. For the Four-way Knockout, Team Nick is represented by Devan Blake Jones.
The Voice season 20 airs Mondays at 8 pm ET/PT on NBC.
