Emma Hernan is one of the new real estate agents joining the cast of Selling Sunset season 4. She was announced as a new cast member in May, along with Vanessa Villela. Emma will also be joined by returning cast members Jason and Brett Oppenheim, Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, Heather Rae Young, Mary Fitzgerald, Amanza Smith, and Maya Vander. Rumors have already been circulating that Emma stirs the pot between her and some of her castmates.
During the latest season of the Netflix reality series, viewers some several ups and downs between the cast members. Halfway through the season, Chrishell had discovered that her husband of two years, Justin Hartley, had filed for divorce. The realtor was obviously blind-sighted but was lucky to have a friend like Mary in her corner. Christine, who gave birth after filming, was recently engaged and planning a wedding. Now that two years have passed since they last filmed and two new additions, it's safe to say the new season is going to be a lot different.
The model turned realtor has been a part of the Oppenheim group for a number of years but has recently joined the forefront of the business on Selling Sunset. People recently caught up with Emma to learn a little more about her personal and professional life. Emma was born in a small town outside of Boston and later moved to Los Angeles as a teenager to pursue a career in modeling. While she loved her career path, Emma, who reportedly stirs the pot, became interested in finance, which opened her to the possibility of real estate. She began investing in stocks at a very young age, which led her down her current career path.
As her income began to grow, the 30-year-old began looking for places to invest her money. Since Emma was so successful with the stock market, she decided to purchase her first home in LA with her now-boss, Jason. "That's how I transitioned into real estate," she revealed to the news outlet, admitting that both Jason and Brett are like her "big brothers." After she bought her home in 2017, Jason, who will likely marry Chrishell, encouraged Emma to consider getting her real estate license and shortly after became a relator for the Oppenheim Group. Besides her bustling career in real estate, Emma also founded her own company called Emma Leigh & Co. The brand is a plant-based frozen food company famous for its vegan empanadas.

The model rescued Benny, an Akita mix, when he was at a kill shelter and about to be put down. She also saved her pups brother from the shelter and gave the dog to her aunt as a Christmas gift. As for her friendships on the show, it seems Emma has bonded with Chrishell and Mary, who has a close friendship, the most. She knew them during the early stages of her real estate career and created a natural friendship with them.
Now that Emma is confirmed to be joining the cast of Selling Sunset season 4, viewers are excited to meet her. The show was ready for some new blood, and it seems Emma might be exactly what the Oppenheim group needed.
