KUWTK: Rob Kardashian & Blac Chyna Reach New Custody Agreement For Dream

Star of Keeping Up With The Kardashians Rob Kardashian and his ex Blac Chyna have been locked in a fierce custody battle over their daughter, Dream, since 2017. They recently settled on a new agreement.

Rob and Chyna's rocky relationship began in 2016. They were engaged, but on and off for most of their relationship, which officially ended in 2018. Chyna revealed she was pregnant with Dream in May 2016. After Dream's birth, Chyna and Rob continued their shenanigans, following and unfollowing each other on Instagram and deleting posts of each other. The couple also starred in their reality show, Rob & Chyna. Their engagement ended when Chyna accused Rob of physical abuse online and moved out of their home. She took Dream with her, starting their long battle over custody. Although they came to an initial agreement in 2017, neither of them followed it, leading to their new agreement.

As reported by Us WeeklyRob and Chyna's new legal agreement started on December 2. This agreement was arrived at without court intervention and filed on December 8. The two agreed to share physical custody of Dream, 4, with a schedule of alternating weeks. The couple will also decide on additional time over the holidays. The agreement details that Rob gets custody of Dream from Wednesdays at 10 am to Saturday at 10 am, and Chyna will have custody from Saturday at 10 am to Tuesday at 10 am. A big change in the agreement is that neither party is allowed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs around their child. Rob accused Chyna of being drunk while caring for Dream, but this was denied by Chyna. Rob required that she be regularly tested for drugs and alcohol after the accusation.

Other complications to the agreement include Chyna filing for emergency custody earlier this year and requesting Rob undergo a mental health evaluation. She was denied sole custody when she filed for it early in 2020. With this new agreement, Chyna withdrew her request for Rob's mental health to be looked at. A court appearance scheduled for later this month has also been canceled. Rob has been slowly returning to social media after being rarely spotted out or online for several years. He posted several photos with Dream and has been reconnecting with his family. This new custody agreement can be seen as another step into a more healthy lifestyle for him.

The Kardashian family is delighted to have Rob back in the spotlight and by their sides. Hopefully, Dream will be happy in this new arrangement and her parents will be able to work out their issues.
