One of the greatest moments of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier's final episode was Sam's speech at the end. Sam is well aware that he doesn't have super strength or powers. However, this is the trait sets him apart from the other heroes. Even without these abilities, throughout all his appearances, Sam has managed to use his wingsuit and his hand-to-hand combat skills to get the upper hand on Thanos' Black Order, Hydra agents, the Flag Smashers, and John Walker.
That's not to say that Sam has won every single one of these fights, but the hero doesn't always need to come out on top in order for it to be a great action sequence. Sometimes, for example in the case of Sam facing off against George Batroc, it's unlikely that Sam will win, but these have made for some of the greatest fights Sam has had in the MCU so far.
10 Endgame Battle
In the battle between Thanos' army and the Avengers, Sam only appears briefly, given that there are so many characters to focus on. However, the moment that Sam appears, he pulls off an epic move.
Flying into one of the larger aliens, Sam uses his momentum to impale the giant creature with his wings before delivering one final stab to the being's chest.
9 On The Bridge
When fans were first introduced to Sam Wilson/The Falcon in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, everyone couldn't wait to see him taking flight in the wingsuit. But being an army veteran, Falcon doesn't need the wings to beat someone in a fight.
In the sequence on the bridge, Sam manages to take out two of Hydra's mercenaries with nothing but a pocket knife and stealth, as he cuts the bungee wire and kicks them off the side of the bridge, taking their guns in the process.
8 Falcon Vs. The Flag Smashers: Episode 4
The Flag Smashers certainly proved themselves to be worthy adversaries in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, with almost every episode featuring at least one fight scene between the heroes and the antagonists.
One of Sam and Bucky's encounters with them in episode 4 was certainly difficult, but Sam managed to pull off some pretty impressive moves. From using his wing to smack one of them in the face, to using the jet on his pack as extra power for his kicks, Sam certainly managed to hold his own against numerous Flag Smashers.
7 Falcon Vs. The Black Order
After being on the run from the government following the events of Captain America: Civil War, Sam, Natasha, and Steve resurface in Edinburgh to protect Vision and Wanda from The Black Order.
The three of them all did equally well but it was Sam that managed to get the upper hand on Proxima Midnight twice, managing to kick her first all the way into a nearby cafe, and then to the ground, long enough to pull out his guns and win the fight.
6 Falcon Vs. John Walker
One of the most intense and most anticipated fight scenes in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier was the fight between Sam, Bucky, and John Walker, where Sam and Bucky try to reclaim the shield from Walker.
Sam might not have been able to take John on his own, proven by the fact that he got knocked down for the majority of the fight, but the finishing moves made up for Sam's lack of participation in the fight. Sam used his pack to rip the shield from John Walker's arm before using the shield on John to knock him out.
5 Falcon Vs. Batroc: FATWS Episode 6
Continuity is important in all shows and movies, and one of the elements that the showrunners got right was that Sam couldn't defeat Batroc. Sam faced Batroc earlier in the season and was unable to beat him in hand-to-hand combat. Therefore, it wouldn't make much sense that now just because he holds the title 'Captain America' that he could beat Batroc.
Nevertheless, it was still a pretty great sequence as Falcon used many impressive moves in his new comic-accurate suit, flipping the shield up to hit Batroc in the face and then throwing the shield out the window to escape, and catching it in mid-air.
4 Falcon Vs. Ant-Man
Falcon made a surprise cameo in Ant-Man in 2015, as he tried to prevent Scott from borrowing some technology. Sam didn't win the fight but that doesn't mean he went down easily.
Some of his best moves included managing to punch Scott directly even when Scott was at his smallest size, and using his wings to create enough force to blow Scott back to the ground and return to normal size.
3 Lagos
Sam appears as a fully-fledged Avenger at the beginning of Captain America: Civil War, as the team manages to track down Rumlow to Lagos, where he is trying to get his hands on a biological weapon.
Both out front and on top of the building, Sam manages to take out five of Rumlow's men, using a mix of the abilities of his new suit and sheer fighting talent. Sam flies in to kick two men hard enough to take them out at the same time, then flies into another one in the air to knock him out with his wings. Fans then get a first look at Sam using his wings as a diamond-shaped bulletproof shield in order to take out another two men.
2 Falcon Vs. The Helicarriers
The cast and crew involved on Captain America: The Winter Soldier did a fantastic job giving Falcon a great action sequence in the third act of the movie. Although he had no hand-to-hand combat sequences in this part, he pulled off some great tricks.
Sam managed to evade numerous tracking missiles, using them to blow a hole in the heli-carrier he needed to infiltrate, as well as escaping the fire of a S.H.I.E.L.D/Hydra jet by hiding under the wings of the other aircrafts for cover.
1 Falcon Vs. Batroc: FATWS Episode 1
Given that Sam Wilson is one of the stars of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, the producers wanted to showcase Sam's talents as The Falcon in a way that fans had never seen before. In pursuit of Batroc, the opening action sequence of the show was quite spectacle and definitely one of Sam's best MCU moments.
Some of Sam's best moves include him flying through the open doors of the helicopter to retrieve the hostage and using the jet on his pack to propel one of Batroc's men into the cargo on the plane to knock him out.
