A Call of Duty: Warzone bingo board featuring the game's many well-known glitches and issues is making the rounds in the COD community — proof positive that fans of the game have not only resigned themselves to its many foibles, but have more or less learned just to roll with the punches, and to try to have a little fun with it all.
Call of Duty: Warzone may be the favored battle royale for popular streamers like Dr Disrespect, but it's as well-known in the gamer community for its countless glitches as it is for its immersive combat. Warzone rounds drop up to two hundred players together into a single combat map to battle it out to the last player standing, a concept that was well-received, but plagued with issues almost from day one. But with well over 85 million current active players at time of writing, it's fairly clear that the game's fanbase has long since made its peace with the bugginess, and many have made the best of the situation by exploiting certain bugs that give them an edge in active gameplay.
While new glitches are continuously being reported, there's a few that have been around long enough to achieve a sort of legendary status among the Warzone community, or a rite of passage that separates the noobs from the pros. A Redditor by the handle kentawnwillyams took that particular infamy a step further, with a Warzone bingo board that features some of the game's greatest hits. So players who are tired of being picked off by invisible enemies or have had their game crash for no reason for the third or fourth time can at least console themselves with the fact that they filled in a square in Warzone bingo (third column, bottom row, by the way).
To the game's credit, not every entry in the board is a glitch. There are one or two spaces that are dedicated to non-glitch related issues, like dying to a rage hacker, or someone yelling a racial slur, which are unfortunately pretty common problems in the community as a whole, but are hardly Activision's fault. Regardless, commenters on Reddit pointed out that they could cover at least half the board in a single game, and in all fairness, that may not be hyperbole. Warzone is still a popular game with a great concept and equally impressive mechanics, but the glitches are becoming so commonplace that they're rendering the game almost entirely unplayable.
So the board itself absolutely is an appropriate way to poke fun at Call of Duty: Warzone's many, many faults, but it's definitely venturing into the territory of dark humor with a hint of satire. As long as the game continues to grow, so do its problems. It may be time for Activision and developers Infinity Ward and Raven Software to pause for a second and focus more on fixing glitches rather than expanding Warzone, because it's really not quite so funny anymore.
